Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview
At GABEN Technologies, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy to facilitate a seamless process.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the website

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@gabentech.com or +233 50 233 8004 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to a GABEN Technologies error.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the return is not approved, you will be notified, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and a description of the issue.
  • We will provide instructions for a return or replacement.
